On Sunday evening, 16 March 2025, starting at 18:30, a Bavarian Welcome Evening will be held in the Mensa of the University of Regensburg to kick off the conference week, to which all registered conference participants are cordially invited and where old contacts can be maintained and new ones made in an informal atmosphere.

Snacks and drinks will be served. You will receive food and drink vouchers for the Welcome Evening at check in. "Vieraloa" (Bavarian Brass Music) will entertain you with music.

Please wear your name badge, which you will receive upon registration at the conference office. Entry to the welcome evening is only permitted for registered participants!

The chair of the Condensed Matter Section (SKM) will open the conference on Monday, 17 March 2025, at 08:25, in the lecture hall H1 (Audimax).
